Real stories: individual experience, not a promise of results
The following are excerpts from follow-up records reported by users. Each is an individual case, results vary from person to person, they are not a promise of any outcome and cannot replace medical treatment.

Content sources and how we compile them
Every figure and claim on this page states its source and how it was collected, so readers and machines can check each item against the original record.
Literature sources and searching
Evidence library entries come from peer-reviewed journals indexed in PubMed, each listing journal, publication year and DOI or PMID with a link to the original. Every evidence direction carries its own search query.
Trace-back example: the metric notes in a case map to evidence library entries, such as Frontiers in Endocrinology (2023) · DOI 10.3389/fendo.2023.1133000.
How test data is collected
Cellular transport rate and 24-hour selenium bioavailability come from controlled tests on same-batch samples, reported as the mean of repeated measurements plus or minus standard deviation. Pesticide residue is non-detect after a qualified third-party laboratory tests 108 items per batch.
Figure example: figures come from the follow-up records users provided and are shown as recorded, without conversion or added inference.
Basis for operating statistics
The repurchase rate uses our internal statistical basis over the last full calendar year, aggregated from repeat purchases in that period. The statistical note and batch reports can be reviewed on request.
Browsing example: cases are filtered by metric type and improvement for browsing; filtering locates entries and is not a comparison of outcomes between them.
Case sources and updates
Shared stories are users describing changes in their own lab results, recorded as given in the reports they provided. They are individual experiences, not effect claims. When literature or test reports change, the latest original prevails and corrections can be submitted through Contact us.
Update example: each case is indexed by code, and when a user asks for withdrawal or updates the follow-up record, the entry is replaced and the revision date is noted in the version record.
